Daybook for Monday, March 15, 2010
FOR TODAY… from Mel’s Daybook
Outside my window…it’s very dark; not sure I like this darkness, even at 7am in the morning….makes it doubly hard to get out of bed at 5.
I am thinking…that this week is going to be busy.
I am thankful for…God’s protection.
I am wearing…jammies and robe, of course.
I am remembering…that I need to make a list for the store tonight and that I hopefully get to go to Goodwill.
I am going… to take Jacob to Tae Kwon Do later on this evening, as well as to the library. Then I’m running to Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Goodwill while he’s in TKD.
I am currently reading…Scars and Stilettos by Harmony Dust, and so far, it is very hard to put down.
I am hoping… to finish up with the little remodel stuff on my blog this week; still doing some little things just to make it all work well together. We switched templates this weekend, and it’s been a lot of work. Please pardon anything that looks weird; it’s a work in progress.:)
On my mind… Jaden and this cough that seems to come on only at night….not sure if maybe I should get him checked out, just to make sure it’s not something.
Noticing that…our grass is starting to turn green in patches. The mower will be coming out soon.
Pondering these words… Pray without ceasing.
From the kitchen…tonight will be homemade sub sandwiches and fruit/veggies.
Around the house… have to clean today and catch up on laundry. Fun times.:)
One of my favorite things~ having the windows open on a warm, sunny day, letting the breeze gently blow through the house, just filling it with fresh, warm air.
From my picture journal… (The boys finally got their bunkbeds this weekend….they were ecstatic; it’s been an adjustment for Jaden, but he did better last night. We got these bunkbeds for $10, and Dan painted them black; they look so nice with the Star Wars mural on the wall….:))

When we came to look at this house, before moving in, we walked into that room, and our mouths must have dropped to the floor. Star Wars was Jacob’s absolute favorite….and there that was. It was fate.:)LOL

OH please don’t remind me about mowing! Ugh! It’s been so nice not having too. LOL!
And I think everyone that wrote their daybook was in their jammies! Hee! Hee!

I know! I’m not looking forward to it….at all! In fact, I’ve been trying to figure out how we’re going to fit that into our already crazy days…..ugh. If only we had a magic wand for mowing….:)
